Martin John, Chief Executive and Public Guardian has written a letter to all deputies and key stakeholders informing them of the developments at the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) over the coming months.

The letter (which is attached below) covers the following points:

  • Move of OPG business functions progressively out of London.
  • Office closure on Tuesday 10 March 2009 due to a staff conference.
  • Distribution of Customer Satisfaction Survey questionnaires.
  • New Contact Centre opening hours.
