Provide feedback

We are continuously looking to improve our level of service to our customers and feedback through complaints, compliments, suggestions for improvement or anything else, is essential in doing this. Our booklet, Feedback: complaints, compliments and suggestions for improvement, explains the steps you should take in providing feedback to us.

Make a complaint - Complaints are a valuable source of feedback for us as they help us improve and show early warning signs of failures in our service delivery. We use complaints to improve our service and reputation.

Provide a compliment - By finding out what services you find more helpful we can ensure we try to deliver services to a similar standard and in a similar way across our organisation. We can also use this feedback to focus our staff training to ensure better awareness of what you particularly like about our service.

Suggestion for improvement - We never get complacent and are always looking to provide a better service to you. If there is anything at all that you think we could improve upon or even stop or start doing then please let us know so we can serve you better.

If you wish to provide some feedback or make a complaint please email OPG complaints, compliments, and suggestions. We aim to reply within 10 working days. If we cannot respond within the timescale we will send you a holding reply informing you of why we have been unable to get a response to you and when you can expect to hear from us with an answer.
